Serving as the President of the Dhaka Association (2025-26) at Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) was a rewarding leadership experience that allowed me to contribute to a vibrant and supportive student community.

Although my tenure lasted for just over six months, I remained committed to creating meaningful experiences for members by organizing events, coordinating programs, and fostering stronger connections among students from the Dhaka region. Working alongside dedicated team members, I focused on building an inclusive environment where students could network, collaborate, and support one another throughout their university journey.

This role strengthened my leadership, organizational, and communication skills while teaching me the importance of teamwork, strategic planning, and community engagement. It also reinforced my belief that impactful leadership is measured not by the length of service, but by the positive influence it leaves on the people and the organization.
